Online registration is available for both individuals and teams.

 

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

If you are an INDIVIDUAL who is not attached to a team, you must register and pay online.

If you are a MEMBER OF A TEAM, please contact your Team Captain for instructions on how to register through the Electronic Self-Entry page.

 

TEAM CAPTAINS, if you have registered your team please proceed to the TEAM LOGIN page to enter your team's members and manage your roster.

If you have NOT registered your team please read the instructions, then print and submit the form that pertains to your type of team:
